Shipping policy

US Domestic Orders

All packages are shipped via UPS or U.S. Postal Service (3 to 7 business days).

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout to avoid additional expenses of re-shipping.  Once an order has been placed and/or shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If a package is returned to us due to a wrong address, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee to have the package reshipped.

International Orders

We are currently not accepting international orders on our website.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days.  A tracking number will be provided via email address once the order has been processed.  *Please note: during holidays, processing times may be longer.
